Too many young people in rural and peri-urban Kenya are trapped not because they lack intelligence, but because they lack access. Access to skills. Access to mentors. Access to spaces where their potential is taken seriously. That is where we step in.
We have sponsored youth, PWD's, Young Mothers and even adult-education in hands-on courses such as: Electrical installation & wiring, Motor vehicle mechanics, Plumbing, Building& construction, Welding and fabrication, Driving, Computer packages & digital literacy.
In partnership with local institutions, we have funded intensive training programs designed to move young people from unemployment to employability in under six months.Youth Mentorship & Life Skills Workshops
Beyond technical skills, we run sessions on:Leadership and confidence building
Financial literacy
Driving, Welding,
Driving LIcenses,
Masonry,
Entrepreneurship basics,
Workplace ethics and professionalism,
School Support & Retention Initiatives.
We assist vulnerable students with:
School fees and materials
Uniforms and basic learning resources
Guidance and psychosocial support to reduce dropout rates
